The flavors this year are Samoas, Thin Mints, S’mores, Savanah Smiles, Tagalongs, Do-si-dos, Trefoils, Toffee-Tastic, and Rah-Rah Raisins. The flavors and names vary depending on the location, but these are the most common in San Diego area.

Mrs. Donna Marrero said her favorite flavor is “Thin Mints because they send those to the military.”

Out of the 23 students in Mr. Brian Mariano’s class, 8 liked Thin Mints; 5 preferred Samoas; and 4 liked Tagalongs. Six people did not like any or did not vote, and S’mores, Savanah Smiles, Do-si-dos, Trefoils, Toffee-Tastic, Rah-Rah Raisins did not get votes.

Seventh grader Tanner Castellanos said his favorite flavor is Samoas “because they are tasty.”

Girl Scout Cookies are delicious, but the flavor popularity varies on the person. There are so many yummy flavors it is very hard to choose just one box to take home. The Girl Scouts can be found at grocery stores, going house to house, or even at school.
