The two coaches are Scott Petraglia and Jessy Quezada. The girls’ soccer team won all eight of their games but lost the first game in the semi-finals to Notre Dame Academy. The final score of the game was 2-1.

Summer Heutel claimed, “It was fun and a good way to get my energy out.”

The sixth graders on the team were Sienna Black, Illiana Downing, Lily Grochowiak, Summer Heutel, Mackenzie Lazare, Mila Lopez, Sofia Meyers, and Adriana Quezada. The eighth graders on the team were Carly Ruddle, Zoebelle Hinojosa, Abby McQuaid, Cynthia Meyers, Emilie Carbine, Bella Towne, and Sophia Petraglia.

Illiana Downing stated, “I loved it because I got to hang out with eighth graders, and we won. I like practices because people who didn’t know how to play got to learn to play.”
