This year Saint John School hosted a Jogathon for all grade levels to participate in and raised $30,000. This took place on the field on May 9. The students ran laps to raise money for the school. After the thirty minutes ended, all the students got popsicles to cool off. The class that raised the most money was promised a pizza party with a Kona ice truck! This year the class that won was Mrs. Lisa Palecek’s second grade.

Braden Deneen from Mrs. Emily Mohan’s sixth grade class stated, “My favorite part was being able to beat Miss. Allen.”

Braden ran 21 laps.

Logan Noguchi, also from Mrs. Mohan’s class, stated, “My favorite part was being able to wear comfortable clothes”

Logan ran 19 laps.
